running from web site/html

running from web site/html

I want to run from a web page. When I go to the start.html, sound does not play and buttons, next and previous says undefined action. When I click on HTML application on my desktop everything runs okay, I publish as cd--I am a newbie so I know there is something I am missing don't know what---any help would be appreciated.
