I packaged the content for cd (it was created and packaged on a Windows 7 computer). When I run it on a different computer with XP, I hear an echo in the audio, almost like ti has started twice. Then if I click on the navigation button before the video stops, the auido continues to play and does not stop unitl it finishes. Anyone have any suggestions?

It seems your videofile is added to a page while some kind of 'play auto' is active.
I'd have a look at the player or videofile's 'format' or 'properties'.
