I have modified a default templats but every time i create a new module i have to change the master files again to my standard. is it posible to configure that somewhere by default?

Marcel what you should do is to start from a basic course template. Select the general page size and layout you wish to use. If you want to add a few elements and change their properties to match your overal look on the page. When you are happy with what you have from the drop down menus select 'Tools' then click on 'Add module to Templates'
You'll now find that the layout is available when you go into templates to create a module.

When i do this i get the following error:

Error copying file c:\program files (x86)\CourseLab 2.4\data\template\Minimal\0007\start.hta to the c:\program files (x86)\CourseLab 2.4\data\template\my template\user3\start.hta access denied

What version of windows are you using?
What rights have you set yourself as a user?
What rights are you running courselab with?
