Hi Eric, not really possible and it isn't maybe the best idea. It is very unusual to see e-learning pages that you have to scroll either vertically or horizontally to see the whole page.
You could manually define a bigger page (the canvas) and then force it to open in a smaller browser window. It will react differently on different browsers though.
