How do I publish an HTML package? It's listed as a feature, but it isn't an option in the publishing wizard, and isn't anywhere in the Help menu.

BTW, you might use autorun.html, change autorun.html or use part of autorun.html in your own html for a launcher.
You might directly open start.html but that has a disadvantage (size of the window, see for yourself);
