Ideally that would be what your LMS does, standalones distributed on line are just that.. LOL the clues in the name Grant ;)
However if you want to do this then the page that starts up the module is where you'd need to link to. My BIG PC has a choice of 5HDDs, 2 DVDs and a few virtual drives. So as you don't know the drive it would be on you'll need to use a relative link.
The modules themselves are made up from a set of instructions so a specific page in your 'next' module won't exist until the browser has rendered it.
