I created a course with the use of speaking agents. It works right in the author mode but when I publish the course and put it in another pc, the actions which concern the characters (such as file audio after an action) doesn't work.
I installed on that pc the flash player for internet explorer but it's the same.
How can I do???

I encountered similar problems with other software: when opening a html file by double clicking, several safety rules in the flash player block Flash - Javascript communication. This comm is not blocked when using a webserver.
I now use Abyss Webserver (very small Win webserver, php/mysql ready) and put my courselab (e.a.) files in the htdoc map.
