Maybe it's because the question is about what another program does with the output from another. It's a bit of a chicken and egg thing, where do you start to get the quickest or best response?? I've got a superficial knowledge of a few LMS systems, mostly gross configuration of servers, dbs and systems level only though. I don't know that there are any real system specific 'experts' as Courselab is a RApid Development tool so its users will be generating content for an LMS to digest.
The answer is as above and still YES, others have had similar problems with output from many different content generation platforms working with Docebo. Prime example has been re-load which produces very SCORM compliant output but can generate the same fault you're seeing. Exe had similar problems too, it varied between release versions of Exe and on different release versions of Docebo.
It does vary from build version to build version too, AFIK it really kicked off with 3.5.0.4 ARUBA version (oddly this was released as 3.0.5.4 which fills you with assurance about the quality of work) which did this frequently. Docebos team suggested first turning off debug to surpress the error messaging and unpacking the source files in the course area rather than repository. So these are the first things for you to try. I suspect subsequent releases may have had work arounds applied but without checking the release details by version for fixes I wouldn't know.
How I found that was by searching and checking out the Docebo fora.
I can delve into this a bit more but would need to know which version od Docebo you're using.
