Do you mean the modules name? That's in the drop down Module menu, Runtime settings. These are the Dublin meta core values, you don't get all of them to modify here but if you are a stickler for accuracy they can be added into the xml manifest.
If you want to rename the pages themselves then right click on the slides and rename.
If you want to rename at component level within the module itself then you have to edit the xml files but be very careful that you maintain the referencing within the module or they will break.
