DOES NOT WORK WITH ATUTOR
  View type:
I was unable to view my content developed wuth courselab in aTutor LMS, i imported the LMS Test Package (from LMS website ) in the atutor DEMO site (http://www.atutor.ca/atutor/demo.php ) site and it failed to show the content aswell. I would appreciate if any one can help me reswolve this issue.
The coure lab site says it is compatiable with aTutor but their course(LMS Test Package) DOES NOT SHOW WHEN LOADED IN ATUTOR DEMO site. I am struck and badly need help.
Thanks[:o]

As far as I remember A-Tutor is using a SCORM 1.2 run time enironment.
I would suggest you download the LMS test files (rather than the ready packaged) and make up a new version in AICC and then 1.2 with courselab yourself and retry with these.
There have been some problems noted with the ATutor demo and loading files.
Have a hunt through the ATutor forum, you should find the answer there.

The demo site is not always the best place for testing, since it has size limits set on courses so they don't get overloaded with test content.

You can setup a local version for testing, or on the demo site create a new course an try uploading into it. Keep your CourseLab file small for testing. CourseLab SCORM 1.2 packages do work with ATutor, though they require the ATutor Packages module be installed.

Hi Srinivas,
Gregs idea of a local web server (on your own PC) to host an LMS like A-Tutor, Moodle, KEWL or any of the freely available systems that need a LAMPS (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP software) platform is a very good one.

For anyone who hasn't done this kind of thing before, the thought of adding what is pretty much a full featured server on their own PC might seem a little daunting.
You can do this from the individual packages which are all freely available downloads and then configure the packages so that they work. It is actually quite easy BUT there is a very easy way to do this using a software package called XAMPP which is available for windows.
Give it a try Srinivas, infact anyone who wants to try their packages before posting them it is a greaat idea.
