I have found that I can't move from Module 1 to Module 2 in a course, so how can I 'cut' Module 2 and use it as a new course. If not, it there a way to create a Title page with links for both modules?

if you will publish the course using "For CD" option then you'll get autorun.html file with links to all course modules.
