SCORM 2004 Trackig Issues
  View type:
I have finished developing a training class for my company and published it in SCORM 2004 as required by my companies LMS ( I do not know what LMS they are using ). I am able to view the training and do everything online but when I close out or I take the test and pass, the scorm reporting isn't working. The LMS should show that I have completed the course and allow me to print a certificate, it doesn't. I ran the LMS Quick Test package on my LMS system and it worked perfectly!!!! I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Please provide assistance as to why the quick test works but my published content doesnt!

Hi Gary
Your problem will probably be in the initial set up of the module runtime settings.
You'll want to look at these again carefully and check that you do have your modules criteria set up or the LMS won't be passed the pass/fail information.

How do I know if the settings are correct, is it just trial and error until my LMS reads everything properly?

Hi, Gary

Some of the answers can be found in CourseLab Help (Scoring section - Objectives and Rules). It seems that you need to set up at least main module objective completion status rule. In simplest case the condition could be "slides visited from first to last". Please note, that "total" is predefined main module objective. All this can be done in Module - Runtime settings menu.
