1. Irrespective of where I insert the Help tab (or the Comments tab or the Calculator tab) on the master slide, in the final output these are automatically aligned to the left edge of the slide. Can this be changed?

2. If I were to slightly rotate aforesaid tabs, these then do not appear in the final output. Why is that so?

1. No. It is predefined position.
2. No, again. All navigation objects are not intended to be the targets of actions like ROTATE, MOVE etc. They are special objects for master-slides.
