What if you don't have an LMS?
  View type:
Hello,

I am a brand new user--just downloaded today and reading the manual. I have one questions that I haven't been able to answer so far.

We don't have an LMS but would like to publish the courses for the web (on a company intranet)? Which publishing option should I choose? None of them seem to address that situation.

I'm sure I'll have more newbie questions along the way. Forgive me in advance!

p.s. I'm a refugee from Authorware looking for another product to use. This one seemed like the best option for non-coders who'd like to develop highly interactive courses. Nice to meet you all!

Publish to CD and you will end up with usuable modules. A file will be created called autorun.html, this will show a menu with the link to the lesson created.

One of my developers has created a front end menu which opens the modules in their own stand alone windows, but they should run on an Intranet page OK

Authorware is great, but so expensive !

Many thanks, Bob! Sorry for the tardy reply. I couldn't get the board to work the next day and then I was off for a much needed holiday.

Thanks again!
