I downloaded CourseLab v2.4.
When downloading there was no form for production registration, I addressed in support.
To me sent the link to a form, I filled all fields of a form, having specified the my e-mail address.
In reply I received the message. In the message the code from four symbols was specified. The attached files weren't.
I can't start the program.
What I need to do farther?

That is all that you need.
There are two fields in the registration form, both are rather obvious.
First is who you are, the detail you sent to the Courselab team must be the same. Then there is the code you were sent.
Enter both and it will be registered and work.
There is nothing else to download, no other files are involved in 2.4
