Which is the more suitable way to add math formulae in a text frame? [:(]

You've noticed Tassos that they (maths symbols) aren't really supported. It's a shame but thats how it is.
So what can you do?
EITHER use a font that has the maths symbols as characters, remember the end user might not have it available and you need to be aware of copyright issues.
OR capture the formula or symbol(s) as blocks of graphics. Not ideal but workable
