I'm new with this soft and I need help. I've created many Single Choice Question (1 by slide) and now, I would like to change some messages (for correct answer by exemple) for all the slide in same time...it is possible ?

Not through the wysiwyg interface side. If you identify the exact phrase in the xml making the course then you can make a global change by a copy paste per instance of occurance. BUT this can also have an effect on other questions.
See your course folder, sub folder names 1, XML file named 1.
