I created a test for a module, but it doesn't reflect a score in Moodle. Is there something else I'm supposed to add to the course... like an action? Thanks!

The score should already exist as a variable that the API passes.
This might be one of moodles oddities, try the moodle forums which are usually full of info and really helpfull.
