Dear,

When attempting to activate the CouseLab, I can not.

1 - the screen appears the first activation
2 - Advance for software activation
3 - I'm on the Internet;
4 - I enter the 4 digit code that appeared in http://www.courselab.com

After this step, an error message appears.

What procedure am doing wrong?
