I had a quick look but I don't understand your question.

popup object have "close button" and when cursor is over button: display message "close window" (it is 'alt' message)
I want change it message text.. how I can do it?

The text is, as you said, an alt-attribute. You'll find it in runtime.xml.

No need to repeat all warnings about editing runtime.xml [;)]

I try change this alt-atrribute-text in runtime.xml file! after I save this changes and reopen file: all my changes rechange back.. ((

You should edit runtime.xml after publishing. When you change it and open again in CL, I think the original text is back again.
