I have created a drag & drop scenerio with multiple drags. The score returns it as one question. I would like each drop to represent an independent score - i.e., Out of five questions you correctly answered four? Anyone know how to do this?

The standard pre-formed drag and drop does tend to act as one question, that's the way it works and it isn't easy to make that different.
You can make a series of drag and drop objects yourself. Using actions you can assign a score to each correct one.

Cloze activity as a base for the drag and drop. You just need to add a scoring action and you'll have a working page.
