Not sure if anybody here can help me but I am having issues just registering the product so I can get in and use it. I entered my information and never received an email with a registration code. So, then I clicked on a link that brought to a website where I can re enter my information to receieve a registration code. I was given a code after clicking on the link but when I enter that code I receive an error saying the code is invalid. Can anyone provide any assistance so I can get in there and start using the product. Thanks.
Same problem here. Uninstalled and installed again, nothing. It doesnt even offer a code when I try the "work around".
Now I am really glad I didn't purchase the product- I thought it would be good to try the freebie and since the customer support clearly isn't there (looked for an email address- nothing) and the product doesn't work, Im glad I learned before I paid a fortune for the same problems with the full version. This is a terrible product and if the registration is such an issue, why not allow it to work for 24 hours so people can see it? That would give time for people to contact your company- which seems impossible anyway. Well, as I said, I know I will be telling people not to buy it because it cannot be registered.
No matter how good your product is, if people can't do something as simple as register it, it's not going to be successful.
