I have finally finished my training course, added the two new lines that Nickj posted on Friends of CourseLab to fix the IE11 issue by telling the program to use IE9, but now my video shows up really small on my slides. Questions show up normally, but the video is small. Any recommendations?

Do you know what the actual original size was? It might just be that it is that size and IE is using the actual size and not rescaling it.
Try opening the properties of the video object and changing the size, not sure that will make any difference though.
