I built a module that worked fine when published but after going in and making some changes I wanted to publish the new version but when I do it can't find the flash file -- any ideas?

First check that the file is actually in the zip!!
Sometimes Courselab forgets to move items when it publishes.

Recently, I discovered that the flash files with spaces are not added into the zip, such as "slide 6 animation", so I took all spaces out and my flash file would be like this "slide6animation".

It worked! [:)]
