this message appears 8 times, once for each question of the test. May you help me??? Thanks.

This message comes from Moodle, therefore I cannot give you exact answer (I do not know Moodle specifics). Just suggestion. It seems that you forgot to set correct choices in these questions, because message literally means that Moodle cannot find correct pattern for these questions in SCORM data saved from module.
