I'm trying to change the design of the box (the color of the line).

'The box' is still a little vague but it will be in properties.
If it's a question object then it changes in a fixed palette.
Some outline boxes you can change
Some made of graphics you can't other than by substituting in graphics of your own.
Excatly whjat you want to do where depends on the exact item you are trying to change the colour of.
