How do I add form objects into a table?
  View type:
I am currently creating supplementary materials for teachers to use in order to support a language course, but am unable to include dropdown menus, or textareas within tables. How could I do this?

I had a quick play with this on 2.4 and 2.7.
You can't cut and paste these objects into a table, so no simple route there.
I'm looking at cutting and pasting within the XML that renders into the web page. This should work BUT courselab might well rewrite the changes when you next save.
What exactly are you trying to do, how is it going to work or how do you envisage it working from a users perspective and whats the general flow behind it?
There's probably a way to do this but maybe not exactly as you are thinking at the moment.

I want the teachers to be able to use dropdown menus to answer matching acticities and use textareas to show students' responses to certain analyses between texts.
