Best thing might be to delete, including the folder in my programs and then re-install.
I'm assuming that this is for 2.4. Once re-installed check when that in the courselab folder there is a folder called data and that it has a folder called templates which will contain the template data.
If this doesn't work then you'll also need to remove any of the references to courselab in the registry first.
