I need to re-install my pc, I remember there is a step to migrate the license, but I forgot where is it. Please let me know how to re-install my pc. Thanks!

You first need to detach your software licence, there are some helpers on the courselab drop down menus in the Help menu group.
Or you can do this in the local pc interface use this http://localhost:1947 but it's not quite so simple here.
Save the file to a USB stick
Once reinstalled you add the licence again
