Changes in this build:

Run-time:

• Dragging objects in IE10 is fixed
• Fatal error when searching SCORM API in cross-domain environment is eliminated
• Legacy code for old Flash agents (Local Connection feature) is removed

Design-time:

• Dialogs are re-written to allow more space for texts
